Delumeia Policy’s: Return and Refund Policy If you notice an issue with your order—such as a misprint, damage, or defect—please report it within 30 days of receiving the product. For orders lost in transit, claims must be made within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. If the issue is confirmed to be our responsibility, we will cover the costs to resolve it. Please contact us before returning any items. Unclaimed returns will be donated to charity after 30 days. Shipping Issues Incorrect Address: If the shipping address provided is invalid, the package will be returned to our facility. You will need to cover the reshipping cost once we have the correct address. Unclaimed Packages: Unclaimed shipments are also returned to us, and reshipping costs will apply. Non-Returnable Items Certain items, such as face masks, cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons. Order Returns We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or size changes. However, if you'd like to offer returns or size exchanges for your customers, a new order can be placed at your expense. EU Customers: Please note that custom or personalized items, as well as unsealed hygiene-related products, are not eligible for return under EU law.
